But then also, the other side of recruiting is taking the pain of an open position that you urgently need to fill. Everyone knows it – as soon as a position is open, we want to fill it as soon as possible because it was probably already urgent 12 months ago but nobody realised it. But really being able to avoid that ‘urgency bias’, as I would call it, if you don’t find the right candidate, and continuing to push and wait until you’ve found that – that’s probably one of the key learnings for me when recruiting.
