We certainly have not been perfect on hiring, but with the mistakes that you do make, it’s not that we’re hiring for optimism – we’re screening against pessimism. You’ve got to find people that can disagree and commit at the same time, and then generally pessimistic people aren’t willing to agree to disagree and commit. So that’s still a big part of our culture today.
